Kalos eidos

Kalos eidos: Greek for “Beautiful form”

Photography by Ink’em Down.

This interesting structure incorporates architectural elements from 3 cultures – Greek column, Moorish arc, Spanish roof tiles – (and a view balcony with wrought iron work!).

This is my entry to Cee’s Black & White Photo Challenge: Structure

  1. I like it. The square straight lines remind me of Art Deco for some reason right next to the Greek pillars. It’s like someone couldn’t make up their mind, shrugged, and threw everything in. It’s awesome!
