Grow From Nature – Competition (Part 1)

3 ways to deal with competition – inspired by plants:

• Outgrow your competitors: groom and equip yourself to compete with your competitors when eyeing the common trophy. Spend your resources towards gaining expertise for that skill.

• Tolerate the conditions: Oftentimes, you are faced with limited resources. Sharpen your existing skill set to thrive in that so-called ‘harsh environment’.

• Do your own thing: After all, you are unique. Plug in your earphones and grow in a different direction to develop a new skill set that can be combined with your existing ones to add new value to yourself and prospective employer.
